Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Minors must use the service consistently with applicable law and required guardian consent.
Your content
You retain rights in content you lawfully create or upload and permit MemoFlow to process it as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the services you request.
Acceptable use
Do not use MemoFlow for unlawful infringement, fraudulent payment, limit circumvention, attacks, malware distribution, or invasion of another person’s privacy.
AI output
AI, transcription, translation, and OCR can be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other high-impact professional decisions.
Service changes and liability
We may change the service for security, legal, platform, or technical reasons. No limitation excludes rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
