Information we process
To provide accounts, note sync, attachments, AI, voice, OCR, membership, and support, we process information you provide, content required for a requested feature, device and diagnostic data, and platform transaction status.
AI and cloud processing
When you choose cloud AI or speech features, the note excerpts, audio, transcripts, or instructions needed for the request may be sent to the relevant provider. The released product describes when OCR runs on device.
Retention and security
We keep information for the time needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes, using controls such as transport protection, access restrictions, least privilege, and log redaction.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection through the app or by contacting service@memoflow8.com.
International processing and providers
The first release focuses on markets outside Mainland China, and information may be processed in countries or regions needed to provide the product. The final publication will identify material providers, processing locations, and relevant safeguards.
