Delete your MemoFlow account
Understand the impact, the in-app path, and how to get help if you cannot sign in.
Manage subscriptions first
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage renewal with the relevant platform first.
Start in the app
Open the account area in MemoFlow Settings, choose account deletion, and complete the confirmation.
If you cannot sign in
Email service@memoflow8.com. To prevent impersonation, we may need to verify account ownership.
Deletion and required retention
We delete or de-identify applicable data. Some records may be retained for legal, anti-fraud, accounting, or dispute requirements. Final timing is governed by the published Privacy Policy.
