MemoFlow Subscription Terms

MemoFlow is operated by Nanjing Junhe E - Commerce Co., Ltd. (南京君合电子商务有限公司). These terms supplement the User Agreement and apply to Plus, Pro, and Credits.

Plans and prices

MemoFlow offers Basic, Plus, and Pro. Reference prices and benefits may vary by platform, region, and version; the App Store or Google Play confirmation is final.

Renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew for the period confirmed by the store unless cancelled there before renewal. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Credits

Credits are digital units for selected MemoFlow AI features, not cash, and are not transferable. The current rule has no fixed expiry; refunds, fraud, errors, technical issues, or legal obligations can result in adjustments.

Refunds

Apple or Google normally handles in-app purchase refunds under its policies. Refunded, revoked, or charged-back transactions can result in membership and Credits being removed or adjusted.

Fair use

Pro benefits described as not metered by Credits remain subject to reasonable use, security, stability, abuse prevention, availability, and legal limits.
