MemoFlow Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining

You need a MemoFlow account to apply. Applications are reviewed manually and we may approve or decline any application. We may suspend or end any partner's participation at any time, for example for breaching these terms.

2. Commission

You earn 20% of the revenue from each eligible subscription payment made by a person you referred, for the first 12 months from that person's first eligible payment. We may change the rate for future payments by updating the program; changes never apply to commission already earned.

• Eligible: payments for MemoFlow paid subscriptions confirmed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Not eligible: Credits purchases, free trials, promotional or complimentary memberships, refunded payments, and any purchase made by you or by an account that appears to be yours.
• Revenue is measured in US dollars. Where the store does not report a US-dollar amount, we use the plan's list price in US dollars.

3. Attribution

We credit a signup to the last affiliate link a person clicked before creating their account, provided the click was within 30 days. Attribution is decided when the account is created and is then fixed: later clicks on other links do not change it. Referrals who already had a MemoFlow account before clicking your link are not attributed.

4. Holding period, refunds and reversals

Each commission is held for 30 days before it becomes available. If a payment is refunded or revoked, its commission is reversed. If that commission has already been paid to you, the amount is deducted from your next payout and your balance can be negative until it is recovered.

5. Payouts

Available commissions are paid once a month by PayPal in US dollars, once your available balance is at least $50. Balances below the minimum roll over. You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal address, for any fees PayPal charges you, and for any taxes on what you earn. We may withhold payment while we investigate suspected misuse.

6. Promoting MemoFlow honestly

You agree to promote MemoFlow truthfully and to disclose that you earn a commission, in the way required by the platform you publish on and by the law that applies to you.

• Do not make claims about MemoFlow that are untrue or that the product does not support.
• Do not use spam, misleading ads, incentivised or automated signups, fake accounts, or cookie stuffing.
• Do not bid on “MemoFlow” or close variants as a paid search keyword, or impersonate MemoFlow.
• Do not refer yourself, or create accounts to earn commission.

7. Privacy

We record the clicks on your links using a privacy-preserving hash rather than raw IP addresses. In your dashboard you see aggregate numbers and a partially masked email for each referral, never a customer's full email, identifiers or payment details. You must not try to identify the people you refer.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will publish the new version here. Continuing to participate after a change means you accept it. You can stop at any time; commission already earned and eligible will still be paid under these terms.
