Understand Basic, Plus, Pro, and the Credits used by selected AI features.
Manage subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased, renewed, cancelled, and generally refunded through the App Store or Google Play.
Use Credits
Credits measure selected AI usage. Plus grants 700 Credits per monthly grant cycle and Pro grants 2,000 under the current plan design. As a rough guide, 100 Credits ≈ US$1. AI meeting write-up is included with Plus and Pro rather than sold in Credits, but generating a meeting summary calls an AI model, so its tokens count toward Credits like any other model use. Every Credit is valid for 12 months from the day it is granted, and the nearest deadline is spent first.
Restore purchases
If a verified subscription is not visible, stay online and use Restore Purchases in the Membership & Credits area.
